1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Benchbuddy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Benchbuddy provides a hockey prospect management platform including player CRM, lineup builder, email campaign tools, and analytics. The Service is offered on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at $20/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, sending unsolicited bulk emails through the platform, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all player and roster data you upload to the Service. You grant Benchbuddy a limited license to store and process that data in order to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benchbuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
